Privacy Policy

This page explains how CleanSuite handles information you send us from our public website — mainly the Early Access form. We are not creating an account, taking a payment, or collecting staff or client records from that form.

If you submit Early Access, we store:

• Work email
• Company name
• Employee-count range
• Number of recurring client locations (range)
• The operational headache you pick

We also keep a few technical details with the submission: your browser type, the page you came from, and — if you arrived from an ad or campaign — the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). Those tags may sit in your browser for that visit so the form can attach them.

We do not ask for a password, payment card, or a list of your employees or clients.

We use this to:

• Know you asked for Early Access
• Prioritize which kinds of cleaning companies we open to first
• Email you about Early Access or CleanSuite

We do not sell this information. We do not use it to advertise to other people.

This marketing site does not set advertising cookies. If you arrive from a campaign link, we may remember those tags in your browser for the visit so a later submit still carries them. That is not used to track you across other websites.

The people running CleanSuite see form submissions. We also use hosting and database providers to run the site and store the list. They process the data for us — they do not get to use it as their own list.

We will share information if the law requires it.

We keep Early Access submissions until you ask us to delete yours, or until we no longer need the list to run Early Access. Then we remove it.

Email support@cleansuitepro.com to see what we have for your address, correct it, or delete it. We will take you off the list if you ask.

A customer workspace is different. If you become a customer, the product stores the operations data you put in it — staff, sites, checklists, time, issues, and similar records — so the software can run. We use that to provide the service, not to sell a marketing list. How long that data stays, and who on your team can see it, is then controlled by your workspace.

This site is for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we start collecting more than this — analytics cookies, payments, or a different form — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
